Advisory Council

The Advisory Council for the Division of Workforce Development and Continuing Education plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Director by providing strategic advice and recommendations. The Council helps foster strong connections between the Division and CSU¡¯s faculty, students, and staff, while also engaging with community, business, and public sector leaders.

The Advisory Council includes a diverse group of deans (or their appointed associate deans), faculty members, staff with specialized expertise, civic and business leaders, a Vice-Provost or Vice-President, and the Executive Director. Together, they collaborate to align the Division¡¯s efforts with CSU¡¯s goals and the needs of the broader community.

Members, including deans, faculty, and civic/business leaders, serve one- or two-year terms, with the possibility of extension at the discretion of the Executive Director based on the Division¡¯s needs and member interest.
