Transcripts

• Official Transcript - An official transcript is a chronological listing of a student's academic record completed at Cleveland State which is certified by the University Registrar. There is a fee for each copy.

**Please take note: Grades are not printed on official transcripts until the end of the current term (the last day of classes on the Academic Calendar). For summer terms, grades are not printed on official transcripts until the last day of classes for the twelve week session, irrespective of  6, 8 or 10-week session ends.

• Unofficial Transcript - Unofficial transcripts carry the same student specific information as the official transcript but do not have the University seal or the University Registrar's signature.
  
  Students and alumni may get a copy of their unofficial transcript at no charge by logging into CampusNet for students. This system requires users to have their student ID and password. If you do not remember your information, contact IS&T Call Center at (216) 687-5050.
  
  Students who attended prior to Fall 1982 will not have unofficial transcripts available on the web.
