I certify that the information provided on this application is accurate, complete and subject to verification. I understand that all required application information will be evaluated for eligibility purposes. I also understand that any misrepresentation or omission may be cause for the University to deny or cancel my application, or revoke any scholarship award, if discovered subsequently. I authorize the release of my academic information by each school I have attended (including high school, college or university). I further authorize the sharing of academic information provided in my application for admission to Cleveland State University.

General Program Requirements:

  • Be a full-time undergraduate student in an eligible STEM major (Typically 15 credit hours per semester)
  • ??Participate in required cohort activities (i.e.- meetings, poster sessions, etc.)  
  • Meet with assigned advisor at least once a semester   
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher  
  • Make progress toward an eligible STEM degree  
  • Participate in a work-based experience (internship, co-op, research)
  • Have a 4-year graduation plan approved by your major advisor (exceptions for time to degree may be made for dual majors, students participating in a co-op, etc.)
