Sponsored Student Letter Request

Procedures for Letter Request:

All letter requests should be made to appropriate office. Students are responsible for sending or uploading the provided letter(s) to their Sponsor. All letters should be on University letterhead and signed in blue ink. Sponsor letters should be sent directly to the student via email attachment (PDF). To make a letter request to appropriate office:

• All Undergraduate Business Advising Letter Requests
• All Graduate Business Advising Letter Requests
• All Undergradaute Engineering Advising Letter Requests
• All Undergraduate Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) Letter Request 
• All Undergraduate Science and Health Professionals (COSHP) Letter Request 
• To Request an Enrollment Certification/Registration Letter - Includes current semester or next semester's enrollment/registration, letters for insurance companies or scholarships. Please contact Campus 411 All-in-One in BH 116 or download the form and submit it to Campus 411 All-in-1
• To Invite Family Members for Commencement- If you wish to invite a family member to visit you in the United States for your graduation  ceremony please visit this web page for advice on composing your own letter yourself
• All other Sponsored Student Letter Request. Please make sure to submit your letter request form to appropriate office: Sponsor Student Letter Request Form.pdf

*Please know that all Sponsored Students are required to submit a FERPA Release document: 

NOTE: Please allow 10 Business days (2 weeks) for the requested letter to be produced.
