The Office of Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement mission is to create a sense of inclusion so that all members of the CSU community are welcomed, valued, engaged, and empowered. Our programs and services seek to do the following:

• Drive the successful strategy implementation of ÖйúÌåÓý²ÊƱAPPÏÂÔØ in ways that increase Campus Engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Provide complimentary services, programs, and activities that help to increase campus awareness of social justice and equity issues of underrepresented student populations and promote multicultural student success.
• Leverage operational, private gift and CSU foundation resources to oversee the Pratt Center and OIAME offices to conduct multicultural programming & research, attract, retain, and develop talent and strengthen the university¡¯s mission to become a beacon institution leading higher education spaces in best practices and emerging research.
