Faculty and students can contact the Center for eLearning at 216-687-3960 for assistance Monday¨CFriday from 8 a.m.¨C5 p.m. You may also email CSU Center for eLearning staff at elearning@csuohio.edu. 

Our 24/7 support provider can be reached outside of normal office hours at (216) 687-5050, Option #2. During an event of a campus closure/emergency, please be aware that response time may be longer than normal, and may involve a call-back from a CSU staff member for more detailed or advanced requests.
