Teams

Microsoft Teams is the chat-based workspace in Office 365. It's the hub for team chats, calls, meetings, and private messages. This product is customizable to meet your individual needs, and it's secured and standards-compliant to make sure your collaborations are private.

Microsoft Teams helps your team work better together. It's one APP that brings your team's conversations, meetings, files and notes together into a single place for open and seamless collaboration.

Teams is accessible via a desktop client, web and mobile devices.  This APP is available for use on Windows (windows 7 and later), Mac desktop (MAC 10.10 and later), iOS v9 and later (iPhone and iPad), Android 4.4 and later and Windows Phone 10.0.10586 and later.  Teams is not available via a mobile web browser.

To download and install the client on your personal desktop device, follow this link: https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads

To access Teams via the web, simply sign into your account via a supported browser and select the Teams APP from the APP listing associated with your account.  Teams supports the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.  Individuals who attempt to open the Teams web client on Safari will be directed to download the desktop client.

Kaizala

Kaizala is an additional chat-based workspace recently added globally to Office 365. It has similar functions, a different user interface, and is available online and as a mobile app. Kaizala focuses on connecting new users quickly, requiring only a phone number to get started. Like Teams, it allows the creation and management of groups for helping teams work together more effectively. 

Kaizala is available via web browsers and apps on Android (Android 4.3 or higher), Apple (iOS 9.0 or higher), and Windows devices (Windows 10 version 10240.0 or higher).
