My Photo - Viking Card

WELCOME TO CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY!  For first-time cardholders, you may upload a color photo by clicking the link below and following the directions and requirements. Students must be enrolled in classes for the semester in order to obtain their Viking Card.

By submitting this photo for your Viking Card, you agree this photo may be used by Cleveland State University as part of your student record.  If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the photo submission.   A valid government-issued ID must be shown when you pick up your new Viking Card.?  To pick up your Viking Card, use the Booking Link found in the Approved email.
