Requesting Voice Messaging Service

New office telephone lines will be given voice messaging service upon installation.  If voice messaging needs to be added to an existing line, your department administrative assistant should open a service ticket with:   http://easy.csuohio.edu.

Getting Started

To access the voicemail system, dial 2001 from on-campus or 216-687-2001 from off-campus. When dialing from off-campus please follow the prompts after the system answers, to input your mailbox number (extension number) and the security code (password).

A quick reference sheet is available for you as you get acquainted with the new system.  The reference sheet can be printed and kept next to your phone.
